Online Shopping

You may order any item on our website from the comfort of your own home and have it delivered in Malta and/or Gozo.

All you need to do is register yourself as a user by entering some basic information and assign yourself a password. The online shopping process is simple and only requires that you follow the onscreen prompts.

Use of this site means that you accept the terms and conditions explained hereunder and as updated from time to time. By placing an order for the provision of any of the products through this website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.

Your Account

If you use any of the services available on this website (e.g. you register on this website and create an account) you are solely responsible for ensuring that your account remains confidential and that your password is safe and secure. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used, in an unauthorized manner. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide us with are correct and complete, and for informing us of any changes to the information you have provided. You can access and update much of the information you have provided us with, including your account settings, in the “My Account” area of this website.

Product Colour and Accuracy

Whilst we take every reasonable effort to ensure that colours on screen, information and content are as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match of the on screen colour to the colours of the actual Products and the colour appearing on screen should not be relied on as being such. Colours on screen may vary depending on your screen settings and resolution. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information and content provided on the website, notwithstanding its accuracy at the time of inclusion. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections at any time, without notice. We accept no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in the website, and any decisions based on information and opinions contained in this website are the sole responsibility of the user.

Online Order Procedure

When you have placed your order, please check your email for your order confirmation. If you have not received an email confirmation, kindly contact our showroom team at +356 21551234 or email us at: [email protected].

Once we have received and processed your order, our team will contact you to organize a delivery date and time if the item is already available from stock. Alternatively, they will communicate an expected order and delivery time and you will have the option to confirm or cancel your order.

We will always aim to meet the established Delivery Date but this is dependent on successful authorization of payment and stock availability. In the event of a delay, we will contact you by email / telephone before your Delivery Date.

All transactions/orders carried out on this website are concluded in English.

Delivery charges for online shopping are as follows:

  • Maltese Islands:
  • Free for orders over €50 delivered in Malta and Gozo.
  • Outside of Maltese Islands
  • Unfortunately, we currently cannot handle orders to be delivered outside the Maltese islands.


We reserve the right to carry out deliveries within Malta and Gozo by our own in-house delivery team or sub-contractors, couriers, and/or other delivery methods.

Once dispatched, delivery will be carried out solely to the address specified at the time of order. Any subsequent redirection requests are chargeable.

Bulky items are delivered, anywhere to Malta and Gozo, up to ground floor level, as long as the place delivering to is accessible and as long as third-party services are not required. It will be the responsibility of the client to organize any third-party requirements when and where applicable, including high-ups, lifters and/or crane services, local council permits for road closure, traffic diversion or parking clearance, or any other such requirement, in advance of the delivery date.

The delivery will require a signature from the person receiving the good/s at the address specified. This is strictly enforced for security purposes.

Pricing & Availability

Please note that prices are subject to market conditions and therefore may change without notice. Certain products may be withdrawn from sale at any time or may not be continuously in inventory.

Methods of Payment

We currently accept PayPal and any credit or debit card issued by the major issuers in the Maltese Islands. Please note that we will only carry out a delivery to the confirmed address on your order. We will organize delivery when the funds reach our account.


All prices shown on the website are inclusive of 18% VAT but excluding delivery fees or other fees.

Right to Cancellation and Returns

You reserve the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of order date or delivery date, for any reason and with no justification. You must inform us in writing by emailing [email protected] with your decision to cancel. We will then provide you with a withdrawal form which you can fill in and return to us.


In case of an item which needs to be returned, such item or items will be picked up by us or our sub-contractor, courier, and/or other delivery methods, within 7 days from the date you inform us of your cancellation in writing. Our Customer care team will contact you to organize recollection within those 7 days. Should you not allow the item or goods to be picked up within those 7 days, refund of the payment carried out will be put on hold.


For the collection of a bulky item, should a third-party service be required including but not limited to high-ups, lifters and/or crane services, local council permits for road closure, traffic diversion or parking clearance, or any other such service and/or requirement, costs for such service will need to be borne by the client.


All goods intended for return must be returned in pristine condition, in their original packaging including all parts, accessories etc.


A pick-up charge of €50 applies and is due to us. This fee is over and above any other applicable fees, if any, and will be deducted from the payment and/or balance to be refunded to the client.


If the return is a result of our error, if the item is incorrect, or in case of a defective item, we will pick up the item free of charge.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks that the item would have reached our warehouses, however, in many cases you will receive a refund earlier than this timeframe which includes the transit time for us to receive your returned item, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Damaged Or Missing Goods Delivered By Parcel Carrier

We thoroughly inspect all items prior to delivery. We suggest that you also thoroughly inspect the items before accepting delivery. If damage is apparent, refuse delivery and please contact our Customer care service immediately at +356 21551234 or [email protected]. Do not discard the box or any packaging materials.


All products carry guarantee laws under the Laws of Malta, i.e. a minimum 2 year manufacturer warranty. If any goods are found to be faulty, you have the right to ask for a repair, free replacement, or a partial or full refund.

The 2-year guarantee starts as soon as you receive your goods.


On select brands, we can also offer you an additional commercial guarantee (a warranty) that can be added at an extra cost. This will give you better protection but does not replace the minimum 2 year guarantee.
