What’s the offer?
The offer applies on quotations for a home package, which is made up of a kitchen, a sofa/s with a wall unit, a dining table and chairs, a main bedroom, and a spare bedroom. Read more about our Home Package here.
Come visit your favourite showroom, get a quotation* for your home package, place your order by placing a deposit, and we will lock the price for you even if delivery takes place much later towards the year.
*Quotations are valid for 30 days.
Why is it special?
Quality furniture is usually made to order. Your kitchen or your bedroom starts getting cut, assembled, and made just for you, only a few weeks before it gets shipped over from Italy to Malta. So whether you place your booking in January or June (or any other month), and you would like your furniture to be delivered later in the year, your furniture is made on purpose for you with the process starting only around 3 months before delivery, revisiting prices and other factors closer to the date of production.
And, as you have surely seen, prices are skyrocketing all around us. Our promise to you is that if you book your home package today but would like to have it delivered later this year, the price we give you today and that we confirm to you upon booking, will be the price you will pay, even if materials, labour, or transportation would have continued to increase by the time your furniture is produced and delivered. We promise to absorb all price increases by then, giving you peace of mind.
On which quotations does this offer apply?
This offer applies on any new quotations given on a home package from Monday 6th June 2022 onwards, from any one of our two Distinct Homes showrooms, with delivery to be carried out before 31st December 2022. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
What if I already have a quotation in hand but it’s earlier than 6th June? Will this offer apply?
This offer will apply if the quotation you have in hand, which was anyway valid for 30 days, will be revised to current prices. The quotations which will have their prices locked under this offer must have been confirmed, or revised, on Monday 6th June 2022 or later.
Who is this for?
This offer is ideal for anyone wishing to furnish an entire property, whether it’s redoing one’s own home, furnishing a new home, or a mid- to upmarket rental property, with delivery date desired to be any time between this summer and end of 2022.

Do I have to book an appointment?
It’s not strictly necessary but we strongly recommend doing so. Why? For the first session you will come over, you will need to allocate at least an hour and a half. And what better way for us to serve you if we already know about you and can avoid asking you to wait other clients from finishing their projects? We’d be happier knowing we can serve you the best way we can.
